This home and property has numerous land options. There are four division rights grandfathered in. What that means is that it can be divided into four separate parcels, as long as the minimum size is one acre.
The property was surveyed in 2010, as shown on the image to the left, but these markings are only recommendations. The property could be divided in any other way. In the survey to the left, there are 9.42 acres in front. Instead, this could be divided into two pieces, one on each side of the entrance road. One would be roughly five acres. The other would be roughly 4.42 acres.
The back portion was surveyed and marked off in three separate sections. The East section, which includes the small house is 2.79 acres. The middle section, which includes the main house is 2.22 acres. The West section includes 1.73 acres. If the front piece were divided into two sections, the middle and West section could easily be combined for 3.95 acres.
We may entertain offers on individual sections, but these would receive lower priority to selling the entire property.
Senior Water Rights. This property comes with 22.19 inches of water rights. See the history of this house and water rights.
